Аннотация

Физическая активность и физические упражнения играют значимую роль в профилактике и лечении остеопороза. Клинические исследования демонстрируют эффективность физических упражнений, что проявляется в небольшом приросте минеральной плотности костной ткани и снижении риска падений. У пациентов с переломами позвонков физические упражнения повышают качество жизни, улучшают осанку и подвижность. Эффект физических упражнений различается в зависимости от типа упражнений и от исследуемой популяции. Для лиц с остеопорозом целесообразно комбинировать аэробные нагрузки с силовыми упражнениями и упражнениями, направленными на тренировку равновесия. В целях безопасности их следует вводить постепенно. При переломах позвонков дополнительно могут применяться ортезы и физиотерапевтические методы лечения.
