The retraction of the paper has been initiated by the Publisher after the analysis of the database of duplicate publications (Chekhovich, Yury; Khazov, Andrey (2021), “Open dataset of duplicate publications”, Mendeley Data, V2, doi: 10.17632/dy2smpf277.2). The reason for retraction is as follows: due to a technical error there was a duplicate publication of the paper by E.V.
