Аннотация

Представлены данные исследования, выявившего связь между легочной гипертензией и стадией хронической болезни почек. Показано, что развитие легочной гипертензии отмечается на самых ранних стадиях хронической болезни почек (при снижении скорости клубочковой фильтрации менее 80 мл/мин) и по мере прогрессирования данного заболевания ее частота возрастает.
