The lecture examines the role of HLA matching in presensitization of renal transplant recipients and de novo production of antibodies. Attention is also paid to non-HLA antibodies.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Известно, что количество совпадений по антигенам главного комплекса гистосовместимости имеет прямую связь с длительностью функционирования почечного трансплантата.
