The article presents data on the pregnancy planning after kidney transplantation, an immunosuppression during gestational period, the nature and frequency of pregnancy complications, their prophylaxis and treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Беременность у женщин с трансплантированной почкой сопряжена с повышенной частотой акушерских и перинатальных осложнений, однако вероятность благоприятного исхода для матери и плода высока.
