The risk of the chronic glomerulonephritis development is higher in patients-carriers of Val-allele and Val/Val-genotype and lower in those with Ala-allele and Ala/Ala-genotype.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>При изучении полиморфного маркера Val762Ala гена ADPRT1, кодирующего поли(АДФ-рибоза)поли-меразу-1, обнаружена ассоциация этого маркера с возникновением, течением и прогрессированием хронического гломерулонефрита.
